JaxREIA has been empowering investors across Northeast Florida for over 40 years. Now we're inviting our community, members, alumni, partners, and supporters, to share what we do and earn while doing it.
Our Affiliate & Partner Program rewards you for introducing new members and corporate sponsors to JaxREIA.
What You Earn
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on all qualified sales generated through their unique referral link.
This applies to:
-New Membership signups
-Corporate Sponsorship signups
*Corporate sponsorship referrals are subject to a review and screening process by the JaxREIA Board of Directors prior to approval.
Every approved referral that converts puts money in your pocket. Commissions are tracked through your unique link and paid out on qualified sales. This means no guesswork for you, no chasing down your earnings!
How Commissions Are Verified
To protect the integrity of the program and your earnings, all commissions go through a 15-day review period before approval.
During that window, we confirm:
-Payment was successfully completed
-The referred customer is active
-No refund or chargeback has been initiated
Once the 15 days pass without issue, your commission is marked eligible and queued for payout.
Getting Paid
Affiliate payouts are processed manually on a weekly or monthly schedule, depending on your arrangement.
Available payment methods include:
-Bank transfer
-PayPal
-Other approved methods (coordinated directly with our team)
Note: Payouts are not automatic — they're processed by our team on a scheduled basis.
Your Status as an Affiliate
Independent Contractor Status (1099)
Affiliates participate in this program as independent contractors, not employees of JaxREIA.
This means:
-You handle your own tax obligations (you'll receive a 1099 if applicable)
-No employment benefits are provided
-You have full flexibility in how and when you promote

No Income Guarantee
We'll be straight with you, we don't guarantee income.
What you earn depends entirely on:
-The effort you put in
-How effectively you market JaxREIA
-The size and engagement of your audience
The upside is real. So is the work. If you're willing to put in the effort, the opportunity is there.
Program Oversight
JaxREIA reserves the right to:
-Approve or decline any affiliate application
-Update commission terms with notice
-Suspend or terminate affiliates for misuse, spam, or fraud
-Withhold commissions in cases of violations or active disputes
We take the integrity of this program seriously and we expect our affiliates to as well.
How to Promote JaxREIA
Marketing Guidelines
We trust our affiliates to represent JaxREIA with honesty and professionalism.
When promoting the program, you agree to:
✅ Accurately represent our memberships and programs
✅ Only use approved messaging and materials
✅ Comply with all applicable advertising laws
The following are strictly prohibited:
❌ False or misleading advertising
❌ Spam or unsolicited outreach
❌ Misrepresentation of JaxREIA's programs, pricing, or results
